During my recent business trip, I found Courtyard to be an excellent choice. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with an accommodating staff that ensured all my needs were met. My room featured a comfortable king-sized bed and a pull-out sofa, offering ample space for rest after long workdays. The location was convenient, with quick access to nearby business districts and attractions. I particularly appreciated the breakfast options including freshly brewed Starbucks coffee, which helped start my day on a productive note.

The friendly staff provided exceptional service, accommodating a special request for a toilet seat riser that made a big difference during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fantastic selection of nearby restaurants enhancing the overall experience. However, noise from the hallway could be disruptive at times, and the breakfast options were somewhat limited compared to other hotels. Nonetheless, the thoughtful gestures and convenient location stand out.

We had a wonderful stay with plenty of space for our family in a room equipped with a king bed and a sofa bed. The kids loved the pool, which was not too crowded and perfect for them to play.

In my wife’s opinion, a complimentary breakfast would be fantastic for families with kids.

Great location and friendly staff, but internet was disappointingly slow and unreliable.

Couples getaway done right

The room was surprisingly updated and the Paul Mitchell products were a nice touch. I really appreciated the toilet seat riser they provided for my wife, ya know, that kind of thoughtful service goes a long way.

It wasn’t cheap, but I found it still acceptable for what we got.

This was just a suitable option for a fleeting pause in Wausau with great value for the money. The shower worked great, providing very hot water which was a nice surprise. Make sure to try the lattes in the morning from the cafe.

The staff offered great service and remembered my preferences. Rooms are dated and need renovation.

I loved the oversized double room, super comfy beds, and how clean everything was. The hot tub was perfect at night, and I enjoyed my lattes every morning!
